We are looking for expressions of interest to run the catering facility within the North East Business & Innovation Centre, on Enterprise Park, Sunderland. This could also include the provision of buffets for the range of conference and meeting facilities on site.
The BIC is home to around 120 companies employing almost 1000 people. The Café is situated just off the main atrium area and the whole facility has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.
A fully equipped kitchen, servery and dining area is provided although the caterer will need to provide crockery and cutlery, etc.
An initial briefing paper is available on application (abridged version). Would all interested parties then please forward a business C.V. outlining their business/work history and reference sites. From this we will invite a number to formally apply when more information will be provided.
