Sunderland based staff retention and recruitment agency Denalli has been crowned best young business in Sunderland by online company the Best of Sunderland.
With a wealth of experience in recruiting, training & developing teams globally, Emma launched company Denalli in November 2008 having realised the need for improvement in staff retention in the region’s Contact Centre Industry.
The first of its kind in the North East, Wearside based Denalli has continued to go from strength to strength and from initially offering only recruitment services, she is now launching a host of services focussed on staff retention having realised that recruitment is much more about treating the symptoms and not the causes of staff turnover.
