Swans (North East) is proud to announce the successful qualification of their first cohort of management coaches and mentors.
As a newly approved centre for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 5 professional qualifications in coaching and mentoring, Swans ran an intensive programme for a small group of select candidates.
Swans have also been working with a group of mentors from Poland. After a successful introductory training day in Newcastle, Mica MacInnes was invited to do more work with the Gdansk Entrepreneurs Foundation (GFP) in Gdansk. GFP was set up by the City Council of Gdansk to stimulate business development and Mica recently designed and delivered a training programme in Gdansk for business mentors working through the GFP. |
