Accessibility Instructions
Business Clubs North East (BCNE) is aiming to provide a
pleasant and unobstructed browsing experience for all users. A number of
accessibility features have been implemented, some of which are documented
below. Unless otherwise specified, instructions relate to Internet Explorer 6.
Keyboard Navigation
BCNE.org.uk has been designed to be easy to navigate around without the use of a
mouse. The menu items and all other links and controls on the page can be
accessed via the keyboard using the TAB key followed by the ENTER key.
Visually Impaired
Text size can be easily changed when using Internet Explorer. From the main menu choose
View > Text Size > and select the required size. All text
on the website will be adjusted accordingly.
Where possible, images are accompanied by explanatory text in the form of
'alt' attributes.
