The sole purpose of Business Clubs North East Ltd is to help and support small businesses in the area to develop and prosper. This is undertaken at both club and member level in extremly elementary and entirely non-commercial activities.

BCNE  aims to: -

·        Support and encourage the development of other business clubs / forums within the region

·        Assist constituent clubs in their development through the provision of additional member trading / training opportunities.

·        Manage and develop the BCNE website offering further opportunities for businesses to market themselves and inter trade.

·        Encourage and facilitate member access to new customers and markets giving greater  opportunities to develop business outside the immediate area but within the North East

·        Encourage the exchange of best practise, information and experience between the clubs, member businesses and other businesses in the area

·        Promote membership of constituent clubs increasing inter-trading opportunities 

·        Develop partnerships between the network and County and regional business support groups to signpost and encourage members to utilise up to date advice and assistance available.

·        Develop links with outside organisations to deliver seminars and workshops to address identified needs.

·        Represent the views of the small businesses and give a louder collective voice.
